Crazy Hail!

For those of you who are out of state, Seattle has been having some wacky weather lately, including a crazy hail storm last week. Jonah was very excited about the "bouncy snow".

He said they looked like "cotton balls".

We watched this dandelion quickly get buried in what looked like packing peanuts.

Jonah and Mama put out cereal bowls and "raced" to see which bowl would fill first.

Jonah thought we were going to eat the hail....

Mama said, "No.. that would taste pretty yucky." Jonah said, "I got a' idea! they wouldn't taste yucky if we put sprinkles on them!". Perhaps a theory he picked up from his Auntie.

Mama said no. Jonah got distracted by the thunder and lightening.

This is our front drive... it looked like a light dusting of snow... that bounces!
