Whidbey Farmers Market in Coupeville

I apologize for the delays in these posts, it has been a busy week. Here are some pictures from our adventures in Coupeville last Saturday.

At the Coupeville Farmer's Market:

The family, squinting in the bright sun!

We picked up some fingerling potatoes and corn for dinner. Jason chatted up a lady about shell beans... ask him about it, he gets pretty excited.

The Knead and Feed in Coupeville.

Clever use of an old oil tank...le menu!

Walking out on the Pier

Jonah, keeping his balance and his new pocket kite purchased at the Honey Bear.

What was waiting for us at the end of the pier...

Pretty cool full whale skeleton and an underwater camera Jonah got to play with:

Gus, finally free from the backpack, trying to copy his big brother...
He sticks the landing!

Cutie-cutie!

Coupeville was a charming village with lots of cool shops, including one where scenes from the movie, "Practical Magic" was filmed (Nicole Kidman/ Sandra Bullock). The sun was so bright!
