Happy Birthday Jonah!

Our sweet little baby turns eight today!

This little tiny Christmas gift:


has grown up so much in the last eight years, but is still one of the most gentle people I know:

We could not be more proud of the way that Jonah has grown into his role as a big brother. His brain is a sponge for all thing scientific. He loves to read Encyclopedia Brown, to create machines with Lego and to organize all of his special treasures that he collects.

Each day we get more of a glimpse of what Jonah will look like as a teenager- the confidence and a little attitude. But for now we savor each day with our "handsome little man" who we fell in love with on a gray day in December, just eight years ago.

Happy birthday little snowflake- there is no one else like you!
